- PPO500/1500/2500/5000: Deductibles can be as low as $500 or as high as $5000. Office visit co-pays range from $25-$40, and hospitalization is covered at a 20%-30% co-insurance.
- High Deductible PPO1&2: These plans are compatible with a Health Savings Account. Members can choose between a no-co-insurance and a 20% co-insurance option. Plans cover hospitalization, doctors' visits and long-term care.
- POS Open access: a group policy for those who get insurance through their employer.
- Individual Medicare Supplement Plan, Medical Rx, Medical Advantage: These plan go a long way toward helping seniors get the most from their Medicare coverage.
